SaaS Testimonial Campaign

Project/scope

The goal of this marketing project was to increase B2B awareness and improve ROI for a multi-family SaaS product. The campaign targeted property owners and c-suite level executives. We developed a direction, content and look that focused on class and luxury. 

Testimonials were used to create a meaningful and relative story. The campaign included multiple traditional and digital media formats including: direct mail, publications, landing pages, email, and video.

Outcome/retro

The response from potential customers impressed the executive team and an entire library of customer video testimonials was shot for the website.

The connection to industry leaders and their personal success stories were compelling factors for customers and product sales. SaaS products can be hard to market unless you can find a unique approach that helps customers relate to a story. 

Class Meets SaaS

The direction for the testimonial campaign was focused on delivering a profound message; 'Good Enough, Just Isn't'.  Personal success stories from multi-family industry leaders and experts were detailed in order to reaffirm the quality of one of the clients top performing SaaS products. 

The look and feel of the campaign centered around incredible photography, capturing the spirit and character of the attestants. 

The campaign included digital assets: email and landing pages. An accordion pocket brochure was created as well to pass out at trade shows and conferences.
